And ‘zo’ in Japanese represent ‘handicraft master’ that declares our determination to keep improving. ‘Present sushi with warmth ’ is our motto. The ‘warmth’ is not only refer to the temperature of our sushi, but also indicate our passion for what we pursue.Since first ‘Sushi Hanzo’ has been established, our effort has been dedicated to produce original Japanese Sushi to every customer. Rather than just let our customers to fill their stomachs, we prefer to share how paddy rice from fields and fish from the ocean become a delicate sushi to gastronomes who has fervor on delicacies. Granted, we are distant from perfect at present, but we will exert ourselves to make ‘Sushi Hanzo’ more satisfactory.
